It’s 16 days since purchase and I haven’t received it, I emailed and got no response, had to go your on instagram page and speak with someone there. Never received any tracking information until speaking with someone via instagram, then to find that Evri has my address down wrong, and they attempted to deliver but couldn’t (well no wonder because they have my address down wrong) it’s now 17days later and I still haven’t received it, because it’s still with Evri who are on their 2nd attempt
